Supporting you to move
At Leap we’re working with local partners to set up and identify coaches and instructors who can support your physical and emotional wellbeing.
We have gathered a list of activities below from coaches and instructors who have undertaken UK Coaching and Mind’s ‘Mental Health Awareness for Sport and Physical Activity’ workshop and whose sessions should be suitable for people who maybe anxious or worried about joining a new group. Feel free to contact them and ask questions about the sessions before signing up or testing it.
