NHS Better Health is a new campaign from Public Health England (PHE) launched in July 2020, following the new Government obesity strategy. It aims to help ‘reset’ the nation’s health and support people to lose weight and become more physically active.

We Are Undefeatable aims to help people with long-term health conditions build physical activity into their lives, in a way that their condition allows, and to celebrate every victory big or small. It is a partnership between Sport England and the Richmond Group of charities (15 health and social care charities).

This Girl Can

This Girl Can is a campaign that aims to reduce that gap and inspire women to be more physically active. Led by Sport England, This Girl Can is the first campaign of its kind to feature women of all shapes, sizes and sporting abilities that sweat and jiggle as they exercise.

Love Activity, Hate Exercise

The Love Activity, Hate Exercise campaign draws on insight from patients and healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists with expertise in physical activity and behaviour change, to help identify barriers that prevent people from being more active.
