At Leap we are passionate about enabling all local residents to lead active lives. Working with our key partners, schools, activity deliverers and businesses we improve the quality and quantity of opportunities available for people to be active.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed administrator to support our ongoing work. You will be assisting the Leap team to enhance our work and help maintain the effective running of the already established programmes and events in place across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.
The role will provide administrative and delivery support to the Leap Team and Bucks & MK Sports Board including minutes and meetings administration, dissemination of information and office tasks.
At Leap we have a great team, committed partners and a vibrant network and we are looking for an administrator to join the heart of our busy and ambitious team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong IT skills in MS Office, and the ability to learn new IT skills
- Be great at planning and balancing multiple priorities, whilst working under pressure often to tight deadlines
- Team working
- Have a good understanding of data processing, databases and administration tasks

The office is currently based in Aylesbury but will be relocating to Aston Clinton within the year.
