Think of Tennis, and your first thought is probably to eating strawberries and cream (and possibly sipping Pimm’s) whilst you watch marathon Wimbledon matches!
But it doesn’t have to just be the long back and forward game screened on TV. There are lots of ways you can change it up to make Tennis enjoyable for anyone.
The first of two Great British Tennis weekend’s take place this weekend (14th and 15th May) and there are hundreds of Tennis activities across the county you can try for free.
There will be activities such as Highland Spring Mini Tennis Sessions, free play, family time and Cardio Tennis, so there are sessions to suit the whole family.
Rackets and balls will be provided, so whether you’ve never picked up a racket before or you’re a seasoned regular – there is fun to be had.
